be2move is a training device for companies that lets employees get active in between tasks, without a changing room, fitness room or class schedule. One device with 20 guided exercises for the back, shoulders and hips stands on one square metre right where people work. be2move is not a medical device and does not replace therapy; it serves to prevent, maintain and improve mobility.
The problem
Long hours of sitting and lack of movement are part of everyday working life in offices and production. Back and joint complaints are among the most common reasons for sick days. Many companies have programmes to counter this, but only a few people use them.

be2move removes the hurdles. The device stands on one square metre in the corridor, the break room or next to the coffee machine. Anyone passing by does two or three exercises in everyday clothes and moves on. No changing, no clocking out, no registration.

Three steps
Nobody buys a device for the workplace without having experienced it first. That is why we proceed in three steps.
You try be2move yourself: in Bad Waldsee, at a trade fair or through a distribution partner. Two or three standing exercises take a few minutes, in everyday clothes and without preparation.
You buy the device or lease it, also as hire purchase with a purchase option. We discuss in person which route suits your company.
The device stands visibly in the corridor or break room, and a contact person in-house knows it. Further devices are added depending on site and demand.
Decision in-house
It usually starts with one person: HR or whoever looks after workplace health management sees the need and gathers information. The decision is made by the management, and depending on the company the works council and the occupational safety specialist have a say. So that you do not go into these conversations empty-handed, we give you the data sheet, the exercise chart and a worked example for the leasing rate. Three facts that hold up in every meeting:
Usage data: whether and how you record how often the device is used is something to clarify with data protection and the works council beforehand. The device itself records no data and works without registration or evaluation.
Price and leasing
The introductory price is 9,500 euros, incl. VAT, valid until 31 August 2027, ex works Bad Waldsee. If you would rather not buy, lease it: around 180 euros per month, depending on term and leasing partner. Leasing is also possible as hire purchase with a purchase option; we discuss the terms in person.
Worked example: one device at a leasing rate of around 180 euros per month costs around 9 euros a day over 20 working days. If it stands in the break room of a team of 30, that is 30 cents per person per working day.
Statutory health insurers subsidise accredited prevention courses, not the device. This distinction matters to us so that you do not promise anything internally that does not hold up later. All price details are on the device page.
To be honest
be2move is not the right choice if you are looking for a strength or cardio machine: there are no weights, no treadmill and no pulse on a display. It is not a medical device and not therapy. Anyone who wants to support employees after an injury or operation belongs in the hands of therapists who use the device under guidance.
And be2move depends on being visible and on someone in-house showing it. If it disappears into a locked room, it will be used as little as any other programme. The device is designed for body heights of 160 to 200 cm and up to 120 kg. If someone on your team is shorter or taller, it depends on body proportions, the ratio of upper body to legs. No. The eight standing exercises work in everyday clothes, even in a suit or work trousers. Nobody has to clock out, book an appointment or go to a changing room. Anyone passing by does two or three exercises and moves on. The twelve lying exercises are more intensive and better suited to a break.
Not the device itself. Statutory health insurers in Germany subsidise accredited prevention courses under Section 20 SGB V, not the purchase of a training device. We say this so clearly because we do not want to promise anything that does not hold up later. What is possible for tax purposes in your case is best clarified with your tax adviser.
To start with, one device in a highly visible spot is enough. How many it becomes after that depends on sites, shifts and demand. One device per building or floor is an obvious second step. The first device shows you where it is used and where it is not. After that you decide based on real experience rather than estimates.
