Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When a page is accessed, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page accessed, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system as well as the previously visited page (referrer). These log files serve security and trouble-free operation and are deleted after a short time. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with IONOS.
Audience measurement without cookies
We use the WordPress plugin Burst Statistics, which runs on our own server. It counts page views and recognises returning visits via an anonymised fingerprint made up of technical characteristics, without cookies and without transmission to third parties. IP addresses are not stored. Individual persons cannot be identified from the data. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If your browser sends the "Do not track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal, this can suppress the count.
Contact form
If you write to us via the form, we process the details from the form: name, email address, optionally company and phone number, the selected audience and your message, plus the time and the page from which the enquiry was sent. The purpose is to answer your enquiry and to coordinate further steps, for example a trial session or a quote.
Your enquiry is transmitted by email to office@be2move.de and additionally stored in our own customer management system, which also runs on our server at IONOS. You receive a confirmation of receipt at the address you provided. Sending runs via the IONOS mail server. To protect against automated entries, we check a hidden field and the time until submission; a log with time, name and email address (without the message text) is deleted after 90 days.
The legal basis is your consent given by submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, insofar as the enquiry is aimed at a contract, the initiation of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data remains stored as long as processing is ongoing and statutory retention periods require it. You can withdraw your consent at any time; we will then delete the enquiry unless a retention obligation prevents this.
Email and phone
If you write to us directly by email or call us, we process the data you provide in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We keep enquiries from prospects and customers in our customer management system.
Downloads and external links
PDF files such as brochures and the exercise poster are stored on our server; when you download them, only the server log data described above is generated. We do not embed exercise videos but link to our channel on YouTube. Only when you click such a link do you leave our website; from then on, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies, for YouTube that of Google Ireland Limited.
Fonts and scripts
Fonts and all scripts are loaded from our own server. No fonts or scripts are loaded from Google, Microsoft or other third-party providers.
Cookies
For visitors, the website does not set any cookies that require consent. Technically necessary cookies are only used when logging in to the administration area, which is used exclusively by our team.
Your rights
You have the right to access your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, contact office@be2move.de. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg (Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg).

We update this policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
