Training device for the gym: 20 exercises on one square metre

be2move combines up to 20 mobility training stations in one device. One square metre of floor space, switching in seconds, usable in everyday clothes. That frees up space for classes and creates an offer that keeps members.

be2move is a training device for gyms that replaces up to 20 mobility training stations on one square metre. It guides the movement, trains muscle length actively and fits into existing classes as a warm-up, cool-down or circuit station. be2move is not a strength or cardio machine and no replacement for your equipment floor, but the mobility station that is usually missing there.

Why does be2move fit into a gym?

Floor space is the scarcest resource in your gym. Every square metre has to earn its keep, and that is exactly why mobility usually gets short shrift: offering it the conventional way needs one station per muscle group, plus walkways and storage. That is a whole area of its own, which hardly any gym clears. Strength and cardio are covered, active mobility training is missing from the offer.

be2move turns the calculation around. One device, three positions, 20 guided exercises for the back, shoulders, hips and legs, all on one square metre. Switching between positions takes seconds, and the six standing exercises work in everyday clothes. How the device is built and which exercise hits which region is shown on the page The device.

How much space do you really save?

An honest answer: that depends on what you have today, and we will not quote you a made-up number of square metres. Do the maths yourself. Measure the area of your current stretching or mobility zone including walkways and set it against one square metre. What is left over is space for a class area, an additional circuit station or simply more air between the machines.

If you have no mobility area at all so far, the calculation is even simpler: you need one square metre of floor space plus some room to move around it, and you have an offer that sets your gym apart from competitors without a mobility focus.

Three reasons

What does be2move do for your gym?

Up to 20 stations in one

Hip flexors, hamstrings, chest, neck, back, adductors and more: each exercise targets one region, the device guides the path.

From beginners to athletes

Guided, joint-friendly movement with a low risk of injury. Beginners and older members dare to give it a go, ambitious athletes gain muscle length for their technique.

No changing, no learning curve

The standing exercises work in everyday clothes. The exercise poster next to it explains the routine, your team keeps its hands free for the floor.

Class integration

How do you build be2move into your classes?

You do not have to change your concept. be2move complements what you already offer, and several devices side by side create a mobility corner where a group trains at the same time.

  • Warm-up: rocking position and standing exercises before moving on to the machines.
  • Cool-down: lying exercises for the back and hips after the class.
  • Circuit station: a fixed station in the circuit, poster next to it, exercise according to the plan of the day.
  • Yoga and Pilates: guided muscle length as preparation for postures that are otherwise hard to reach.

For member retention one thing counts above all: noticeable progress. Anyone who feels their hips opening further and their neck loosening up has a reason to renew. And you have one more argument for the trial session.

Who is be2move not suitable for in the gym?

be2move is not the right device if you run a pure strength or cardio gym and deliberately do not want to offer mobility. It does not replace strength stations, but the many individual machines for stretching and mobilising.

The device is designed for body heights of 160 to 200 cm and up to 120 kg. Members outside these values continue training on your other equipment. And be2move is not a medical device: members in ongoing rehabilitation use it only under the guidance of therapists, for example in cooperation with a physiotherapy practice or a rehab centre.

Where does be2move come from?

Developed by a physiotherapist with over 30 years of experience together with experts in myoreflex therapy. The approach is called active muscle length training: the muscle is moved along a guided path and strengthened at the same time, instead of just being stretched statically. Prices

What does be2move cost for the gym?

The list price is 9,500 euros, list price incl. VAT, delivery with instruction included. If you would rather not buy, lease it: around 180 euros per month, depending on term and leasing partner.

Worked example: divide the monthly rate of around 180 euros by your average membership fee. The result is the number of members be2move needs to retain or win each month for the rate to pay for itself. Put in your own fee and you have your number.

Frequently asked questions

How much space does be2move need in the gym?

The device stands on one square metre, plus some room to move for the lying exercises. It replaces up to 20 individual stations for mobility training. How much floor space that frees up depends on your current stretching area. Measure it and compare it with one square metre, then you have your number.

Is be2move also suitable for beginners and older members?

Yes. The device guides the movement along a set path, which is joint-friendly and carries a low risk of injury. Beginners and older members get on well with it, ambitious athletes use the exercises to gain muscle length. be2move is designed for body heights of 160 to 200 cm and up to 120 kg.

Can be2move be built into existing classes?

Yes, without changing your concept. The rocking position and the standing exercises work as a warm-up, the lying exercises as a cool-down. In a circuit be2move becomes a fixed station with a poster next to it. In yoga and Pilates classes too, guided muscle length prepares postures that are otherwise hard to reach. Several devices create a mobility corner for groups.

Do members have to change for be2move?

No, not for the six standing exercises. They work in everyday clothes, which is why the device also suits members who only drop in briefly. The ten lying exercises are more intensive, and sports clothing is more comfortable for those. Switching between the three positions takes seconds and needs no tools.

How does the introduction at the gym work?

First comes a demonstration at your gym, so you and your team can try the three positions yourselves. Delivery includes an instruction session for the trainers: exercises, switching, safety rules. You also receive the exercise poster for the training floor and information material for members. Purchase at list price or leasing at a monthly rate, both with delivery and instruction.
