Summary of the main points
This summary is for orientation only and is not legally binding. In case of doubt, only the German AGB apply.
- Contract language: the contract is concluded in German.
- Order: you place a binding order by completing and signing our order form. The contract comes into effect when we send our order confirmation by email.
- Production and handover: the device is made to order once the contract is concluded. According to the terms, it is collected at our premises in Bad Waldsee from the agreed collection date. If a product cannot be produced, we do not confirm the order and no contract is concluded.
- Prices and payment: all prices include the applicable German VAT. Payment is made on invoice and is due when the contract is concluded. The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
- Right of withdrawal for consumers: if you order as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving reasons. We bear the cost of returning the goods. You may use the model withdrawal form, but you do not have to.
- Warranty: we are liable for defects in accordance with German law (Sections 434 ff. of the German Civil Code, BGB). For business customers, the warranty period is 12 months. An additional guarantee only applies if it is expressly stated in the order confirmation.
- Liability: liability is limited as set out in the AGB; liability for injury to life, body or health and for intent or gross negligence remains unaffected.
- Applicable law: the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
